1. a) With respect to the caretaker relative proving/documenting a claim of good cause as not in the best interest of the child, the Department's Proof of Good Cause policy at 89 Ill. Adm. Code 160.40, shall apply.
2. b) With respect to the caretaker relative proving/documenting a claim of good cause as not in the best interest of a person other than a child, the Department's Proof of Good Cause policy at 89 Ill. Adm. Code 160.40, shall apply, excluding those parts applicable only to children.
