1. a) A caretaker relative (see Section 120.390) who is 19 years of age or older qualifies for medical assistance when countable income is at or below the appropriate income standard.
2. b) The appropriate income standard is 133 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for the appropriate family size.
3. c) For applications received on or after October 1, 2013, eligibility under this Section shall be determined as set forth in Section 120.64.
4. d) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Title 89, effective January 1, 2014, a person may not spend down to become eligible under this Section.
