1. a) For an intentional program violation claim, the reduction amount is the greater of either 20 percent of the household's monthly benefit amount or $20.
2. b) For an inadvertent household error or an administrative error claim, the reduction amount is the greater of either 10 percent of the household's monthly benefit amount or $10.
