Payout Percentage for Electronic Gaming Devices
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Gambling Act [230 ILCS 10], Video Gaming Act [230 ILCS 40], Sports Wagering Act [230 ILCS 45], and Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 [230 ILCS 5].ILLINOIS GAMING BOARD
A holder of any Owner's License shall display the minimum Theoretical Aggregate Payout Percentage of all of the Electronic Gaming Devices in operation.
