Waiver of Requirements
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Gambling Act [230 ILCS 10], Video Gaming Act [230 ILCS 40], Sports Wagering Act [230 ILCS 45], and Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 [230 ILCS 5].ILLINOIS GAMING BOARD
The Board may waive any licensing requirement or procedure provided by Board rule if it determines that such waiver is in the best interests of the public and the Gaming industry.
