AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Gambling Act [230 ILCS 10], Video Gaming Act [230 ILCS 40], Sports Wagering Act [230 ILCS 45], and Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 [230 ILCS 5].ILLINOIS GAMING BOARD
The Administrator is authorized to disclose to the appropriate federal or state government entity any facts that tend to indicate a violation of federal or state law.
