1. a) Any duly authorized employee of the Department may:

   1. 1) arrest without warrant any person committing in the employee's presence a violation of any of the provisions of the Act,
   2. 2) without a search warrant inspect all tobacco products located in any place of business,
   3. 3) seize any tobacco products in accordance with the provisions of the Act, and
   4. 4) seize any vending device in which those tobacco products are found.
2. b) The tobacco products and vending devices so seized are subject to confiscation and forfeiture as provided in Sections 10-56 through 10-58 of the Act. [35 ILCS 143/10-55]
