Disposition of Tax Monies

Effective Nov 28, 202347 Ill. Reg. 18748AUTHORITY: Implementing the Public Utilities Revenue Act [35 ILCS 620] and authorized by Sections 2505-35 and 2505-795 of the Department of Revenue Law [20 ILCS 2505].DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE

All moneys received by the Department under Sections 2a.1 and 2a.2 shall be paid into the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund in the State Treasury. [35 ILCS 620/2a.2]
