Exact Collection of Tax Required When Practicable
Effective Oct 6, 19815 Ill. Reg. 11072AUTHORITY: Implementing the Use Tax Act [35 ILCS 105] and authorized by Sections 2505-90 and 2505-795 of the Department of Revenue Law [20 ILCS 2505].DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
The Use Tax should be collected exactly at the applicable rate whenever practicable.
