Types of Service Covered by and Exemption from Certain Subparts
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 13-712(g) and 13-902(c)(3) of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/13-712(g) and 13-902(c)(3)].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
a) Customer service record;
b) Unbundled loop return; and
c) Loss notification.
Services Covered. Level 4 carriers shall be subject to the wholesale service quality standards as provided in this Subpart for the following services, to the extent the carriers offer or provide the service:
