Provision of Advanced Telecommunications Services
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 13-517 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/13-517].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Every ILEC shall offer or provide advanced telecommunications services to not less than 80% of its customers by January 1, 2005. [220 ILCS 5/13-517(a)]
