Commission Action Upon Petition
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 13-517 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/13-517].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
The Commission shall act upon any petition filed under Section 13-517(b) of the Act within 180 days after receiving the petition. [220 ILCS 5/13-517(b)]
