Deadline for Application for Waiver
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 13-517 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/13-517].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
An ILEC seeking a waiver of the requirements of Section 13-517(a) of the Act by January 1, 2005 shall file an application for waiver no later than July 1, 2004.
