Retirement Unit Account 352 Franchises
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 5-102 and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/5-102 and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Any payments to the federal government, to a state or political subdivision thereof in consideration for franchises, consents, or certificate rights for a specified term of more than one year.
