AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 16-107.5 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-107.5] and authorized by Sections 16-107.5 and 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-107.5 and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Each electric utility subject to Section 16-107.5 of the Act shall file a tariff with the Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) in compliance with Section 16-107.5 of the Act and this Part.
