Complaint Procedures

AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 16-128B and authorized by Sections 16-128B and 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-128B and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION

Complaints shall be filed in conformance with Sections 200.160 and 200.170 of the Rules of Practice and 83 Ill. Adm. Code 280.170. The complaint shall comply with the Rules of Practice.
