AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 16-128B and authorized by Sections 16-128B and 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-128B and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
After January 1, 2018, with the exception of a self-installer, all installers in the State of Illinois shall be subject to certification by the Commission under this Part.
