Applicability of Subpart C
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 16-115 and 16-115D of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-115 and 16-115D].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
This Subpart does not apply to electric cooperatives or municipal systems making an election under Section 17-300 of the Act to become an ARES.
