General Licensing Requirements
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 16-115C of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-115C] and authorized by Sections 16-115C and 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-115C and10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
An ABC shall remain in compliance with the provisions of the Act and this Part.
