Erroneous or Defective Reports
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 16-115C of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-115C] and authorized by Sections 16-115C and 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/16-115C and10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
When any report is erroneous or defective or appears to the Commission to be erroneous or defective, the Commission shall notify the ABC to amend the report within 30 days and correct deficiencies or errors.
