1. a) Each agent and contractor on whom the applicant relies to meet Section 451.120 or 451.130 is disclosed in the application;
2. b) The applicant shall certify that the agent or contractor will comply with all Sections of Part 451 applicable to the function or functions to be performed by the respective agent or contractor.

An applicant may meet the requirements of Sections 451.120 and 451.130 by entering into one or more contracts with others to provide the required experience levels, provided that:
