Application of Subpart B
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 8-301, 8-302, 8-501, 9-201, 10-101, 10-107, 16-115(d)(4) and (e)(4), 16-115A(a)(i) and (b), 16-116(b), 16-123, and 17-300(b) of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/8-301, 8-302, 8-501, 9-201, 10-101, 10-107, 16-115(d)(4) and (e)(4), 16-115A(a)(i) and (b), 16-116(b), 16-123, and 17-300(b)].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
This Subpart applies to all entities that are providing metering service. Each entity shall be responsible for ensuring that its meters and metering service comply with these requirements.
