Ill. Admin. Code tit. 83, § 1329.320 – Allocation of Surcharges

a) Of each surcharge collected under this Part, the following amounts shall be transferred into the WCRF during the following periods:
1. 1) from January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, $0.033;
2. 2) from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, $0.026;
3. 3) from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, $0.020;
4. 4) from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, $0.013; and
5. 5) from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, $0.007.
b) The remainder of the surcharges remitted under this Part, including all surcharges remitted after June 30, 2021, shall be deposited into the Fund.
