Recovery of Cost
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 8-301 and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/8-301 and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
No telecommunications carrier shall recover its cost of complying with the provisions of this Part from local or long distance ratepayers.
