Assessment of Costs
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 13-515 and 13-516 and authorized by Section 13-512 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/13-515, 13-516, and 13-512] and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
The assessment of the Commission's costs of investigation and conduct of proceedings under this Part shall be issued to the parties by the Commission's Administrative Services Division.
