AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 252 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 252) and Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101] and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION

To the extent permitted by law, including the provisions of Article 10 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100 Art 10], any provision of this Part may be waived, suspended or modified by the Commission or an Examiner, either upon their own motion or upon motion by any person.
