Submission for Commission Approval of an Arbitrated Agreement
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 252 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 252) and Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101] and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
All arbitrated agreements submitted under this Part shall be accompanied by written comments and draft proposed decisions supporting either approval or rejection of the agreement.
