Filing of Briefs

Reg. 15958AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 252 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 USC 252) and Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101] and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION

a) For arbitration proceedings initiated prior to January 1, 2000, an original and eight paper copies of all briefs shall be filed with the Commission.
b) For arbitration proceedings initiated after January 1, 2000, an original copy of a brief shall be filed with the Commission.
