AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 8-301, 8-505 and 13-712 and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/8-301, 8-505, 13-712 and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Either the manufacturer, the local exchange carrier, or an organization equipped for such testing shall test each recording device for accuracy when the device is released for service.
