Preservation of Records
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 8-301, 8-505 and 13-712 and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/8-301, 8-505, 13-712 and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
All records required by this Part shall be preserved in accordance with provisions of 83 Ill. Adm. Code 705.
