Standard for Decision in Granting a Temporary Rate Increase
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 9-202 and authorized by Section 10-101 of The Public Utilities Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 111 2/3, pars. 9-202 and 10-101).ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
The Commission shall grant a temporary rate increase if the Commission determines that the utility has met the requirements of Section 330.30 and if the Commission deems it to be in the public interest.
