Schedule B-14: Budget Payment Plan Balances

AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 9-201, 16-108, and 16-108.5 and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/9-201, 16-108, 16-108.5 and 10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION

a) For each month of the three consecutive years immediately preceding the test year and the test year, provide jurisdictional budget payment plan information. A budget payment plan is any plan offered by a utility that is intended to equalize a customer's monthly payments for utility service.
b) Information provided shall include:
1. 1) Monthly balances;
2. 2) Amount of interest accrued; and
3. 3) Account charged.
