Ill. Admin. Code tit. 83, § 285.2100 – Schedule B-11: Property Held for Future Use Included in Rate Base

a) List all property held for future use included in rate base on Schedule B-1. Listed property shall not include any item included in plant in service in rate base at the pro forma balance on Schedule B-1.
b) Information provided shall include:
1. 1) Description and location of property;
2. 2) Date of acquisition;
3. 3) Original cost;
4. 4) Accumulated depreciation;
5. 5) Net original cost;
6. 6) Revenue included in test year:
  1. A) Amount;
  2. B) Account number;
  3. C) Description;
7. 7) Expenses included in test year:
  1. A) Amount;
    1. B) Account number;
  2. C) Description;
8. 8) Planned or expected in-service date; and
9. 9) Planned or expected use of property.
