Filing of Briefs

Reg. 16019AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101], Section 18c-1202 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law [625 ILCS 5/18c-1202], Section 18a-200 of the Illinois Commercial Relocation of Trespassing Vehicles Law [625 ILCS 5/18a-200], Section 10 of the Electric Supplier Act [220 ILCS 30/10], and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION

a) For proceedings initiated prior to January 1, 2000, a paper original and eight paper copies of all briefs shall be filed with the Commission.
b) For proceedings initiated after January 1, 2000, an original of the brief shall be filed with the Commission.
