Reasonable Attempts to Resolve Differences Required
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101], Section 18c-1202 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law [625 ILCS 5/18c-1202], Section 18a-200 of the Illinois Commercial Relocation of Trespassing Vehicles Law [625 ILCS 5/18a-200], Section 10 of the Electric Supplier Act [220 ILCS 30/10], and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Every motion to compel formal discovery or to invoke Section 200.370 shall incorporate a statement showing that consultation and reasonable attempts to resolve differences have failed.
