AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101], Section 18c-1202 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law [625 ILCS 5/18c-1202], Section 18a-200 of the Illinois Commercial Relocation of Trespassing Vehicles Law [625 ILCS 5/18a-200], Section 10 of the Electric Supplier Act [220 ILCS 30/10], and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
To the extent permitted by law, any provision of this Part may be waived, suspended or modified by the Commission, for good cause shown, either upon its own motion or upon motion by any person.
