Construction of This Part
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101], Section 18c-1202 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law [625 ILCS 5/18c-1202], Section 18a-200 of the Illinois Commercial Relocation of Trespassing Vehicles Law [625 ILCS 5/18a-200], Section 10 of the Electric Supplier Act [220 ILCS 30/10], and Section 25-101 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act [5 ILCS 175/25-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
This Part shall not be construed to abrogate, modify or limit any rights, privileges or immunities granted or protected by the Constitution or laws of the State of Illinois or the United States.
