Selection Procedures

a) Procedures shall consist of:
1. 1) Application
2. 2) Physical Ability Test
3. 3) Suitability Screening
4. 4) Background Investigation and Review
5. 5) Oral Interviews
b) Preference shall be given to all persons who have honorably served in the Military or Naval Services of the United States.
