a) Procedures shall consist of:
- 1) Application
- 2) Physical Ability Test
- 3) Suitability Screening
- 4) Background Investigation and Review
- 5) Oral Interviews
- b) Preference shall be given to all persons who have honorably served in the Military or Naval Services of the United States.
