Merit Compensation Salary Schedule

Reg. 9759AUTHORITY: Authorized by Sections 8, 8a, 8c, 8e, 9(7) and 9(14) of the Personnel Code [20 ILCS 415/8, 20 ILCS 415/8a, 20 ILCS 415/8c, 20 ILCS 415/8e, 20 ILCS 415/9(7) and 20 ILCS 415/9(14)], subsection (d) of Section 1-5 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/1-5(d)] and by Sections 4, 6, 15 and 21 of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act [5 ILCS 315/4, 5 ILCS 315/6, 5 ILCS 315/15 and 5 ILCS 315/21].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- a) The Merit Compensation Salary Schedule attached at the end of the Pay Plan as Appendix D is hereby made a part of the Merit Compensation System.
- b) The Salary Schedule shall consist of a series of salary ranges, each composed of a minimum and maximum rate.
