Holiday During Vacation
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Personnel Code [20 ILCS 415] and the Organ Donor Leave Act [5 ILCS 327].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
When a holiday falls on an employee's regularly scheduled work day during the employee's vacation period, an extra day shall be added to the employee's vacation.
