Failure to Return
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Personnel Code [20 ILCS 415] and the Organ Donor Leave Act [5 ILCS 327].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Failure to return from leave within 5 days after the expiration date may be cause for discharge.
