Organ Donor Leave
Effective May 23, 200327 Ill. Reg. 9008AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Personnel Code [20 ILCS 415] and the Organ Donor Leave Act [5 ILCS 327].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Leaves of absence shall be allowed to employees who donate an organ or bone marrow as provided in 80 Ill. Adm. Code 332.
