Approval of Director of Central Management Services
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Personnel Code [20 ILCS 415].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
No disciplinary suspension totaling more than 30 days in any 12 month period for a certified employee shall be effective without the approval of the Director.
