Removal of Reemployment Eligibility

a) A laid off employee shall no longer be eligible for reemployment when:
1. 1) The employee is recalled from layoff;
2. 2) The employee refuses an offer of permanent reemployment;
3. 3) The employee has not been recalled for reemployment within 36 months;
b) Offers of temporary, exempt or emergency appointment shall not be considered as recall.
