Responsibilities of Eligibles
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the State Treasurer Employment Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 130, pars. 101 et seq.) [15 ILCS 510/1 et seq.].TREASURER
It shall be the responsibility of each eligible to inform the Department in writing of any changes in address or availability for employment.
