Approval of Director of Personnel
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the State Treasurer Employment Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 130, pars. 101 et seq.) [15 ILCS 510/1 et seq.].TREASURER
No disciplinary suspension totaling more than thirty (30) days in any twelve (12) month period for a certified employee shall be effective without the approval of the Director.
