1. a) All cultivation and production activities of a cannabis business establishment shall be recorded in the cannabis plant monitoring system by that licensee upon completion of the activity.

2. b) Recorded activities include, but are not limited to:

   1. 1) Receipt of cannabis or cannabis products;
   2. 2) Rejection of transferred cannabis or cannabis products;
   3. 3) Any activity that changes the physical form or chemical form or item category of cannabis or cannabis-infused products, including extraction, distillation, infusion, or formulation into edibles, topicals, or concentrates;
   4. 4) Destruction or waste of cannabis or cannabis products;
   5. 5) Packaging or repackaging of cannabis or cannabis products;
   6. 6) Sale of cannabis or cannabis products, including the agreed upon price or value of the transaction that involves a cannabis or cannabis product transfer;
   7. 7) Harvests, including the wet weight of each harvest batch;
   8. 8) Movement of cannabis and cannabis products within the facility; and
   9. 9) Plantings.

3. c) The information recorded in the cannabis plant monitoring system for each activity shall be:

   1. 1) The type of cannabis or cannabis products;
   2. 2) The weight, volume, or count of the cannabis or cannabis products;
   3. 3) The date of activity;
   4. 4) The unique serial number assigned to the cannabis or cannabis products; and
   5. 5) The conversion rate or formula, if applicable.
