Renewal of License
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Refrigerated Warehouses Act [240 ILCS 35]; authorized and implementing the Meat and Poultry Inspection Act [225 ILCS 650].DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
Warehouses shall be licensed for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the license, and renewals shall be made upon each anniversary thereafter.
