Notice to Local Law Enforcement
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 15.2 of the Cannabis Control Act [720 ILCS 550/15.2] and Section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (7 USC 5940).DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
An institution of higher education registered by the Department to cultivate industrial hemp shall notify local law enforcement in writing at least 10 days prior to commencement of that cultivation.
