1. a) Marihuana (Cannabis sativa L.);
2. b) Canada Thistle (Cirsium arvense);
3. c) Perennial Sowthistle (Sonchus arvensis);

4. d) Musk Thistle (Carduus nutans);

   1. e) Perennial members of the sorghum genus, including johnsongrass (Sorghum halepense), sorghum almum, and other johnsongrass X sorghum crosses with rhizomes; and
5. f) Kudzu (Pueraria lobata).

The following noxious weeds are designated as being capable of dissemination through articles as outlined in Section 220.220.
